Guide :Air Tools & Compressors : 2 Hp Twin Tank Electric Air Compressor

Hello, I have a stacked twin tank framing air compressor and it will not pressurize past 65 to 80 psi, so it never shuts off... even when I turn the pressure "out" valve way down to below what should be 65 psi nothing happens. As it builds compression from 0 to 65 or above the amount of air blowing out the air filter intake increases enough to blow the cap off the air filter housing. I think it is the one way "check valve" but I am not sure how to check that other then ordering one and replacing it to see what happens... It may even be the pressure "out" valve regulator but I can't seem to find a part number or how to check that. Any ideas or need more info? Jon
